What a week- or should i say 2!

So we have hit the ground running since we landed and then this week it started to catch up with us. We are doing good, just tired in the afternoon (which would be really early morning for Guam).  I'm going to post as many pictures it will let me without taking forever and will try to post the rest this weekend. For our new place we have been trying to take pics of every step of this interesting, fun and overwhelming journey.
The blog is supposed to be so those of you that are not living near us (and those who are that want to), can see whats going on in our lives but with out the impersonal mass email or the pain of feeling left out when not receiving emails. Since we both know so many people it is hard to keep in touch with everyone but we want to do our best to.
Please also do your part in keeping in touch. you can email us or even drop us a note on the blog. Hope you enjoy and keep in touch!

Back in the main land

Last week i started a post and had a ton of pictures to share but half way through them uploading my computer froze and i ran out of time. So now i have even more pictures to share and will try my best over the rest of this week to post them.

We arrived last night mainland time in Florida after a very long 26 hours of traveling and with some of the worst bumps on a plane we both had experienced. Needless to say i especially did not enjoy any of it when i normally love traveling. Now it is about 4:30 a.m. Wednesday morning and we cannot sleep, too much sleeping on the plane and in japan airport. Tomorrow we get to finally see our new place we will be living and get more settled, just in time before the memorial.

For all you who have been reading my blog up to this point, don't worry i will continue to post about whats going on, especially before and afters of our adventure with our new place. And for those of you who have just started taking a look, i have prior posts that you can look back on (i believe on side of this page, like of our wedding ect.).

We want to thank all the friends that came to breakfast and to see us off at the airport yesterday, it was so nice to really see and feel the love of our Guam family:) Our place is always open so come and visit please!

Just a few pictures of friends

This weekend we spent a lot of time with friends since we have such a sort time left. Friday night the girls took me out and the boys took Josh out, I had the camera so i was the only one with pictures. Sunday we went to Machano meeting (my old hall) getting to see some of our old friends. That evening we went bowling with some of the younger boys Josh always hangs out with.

these are some of the young ones and they have grown up so much since when i first came in 2008!

remember mathias from my convention pictures from 2008? he is a bit taller now:)

Day got baptized at the 2 day assembly we just had-janessa who got baptized at last convention is in background

Our new address/house!

By the way our new address at our new house in Florida is:

3207  36the Ave. E.
Palmetto, Fl.  34221

But remember we won't be in Florida till April 3rd so please don't send anything there that you want us to see right away:)
Don't know if we have told everyone yet but we will be living near my parents in the same town and less then 10 minutes away from them. Dad got a place that we can stay in and make ours for the time being. Once there I will post pictures, especially before and after ones! So anyone who wants to come visit you have a place to visit-just give us a heads up first please!

We are getting very excited about coming back with about 2 weeks left only and living out of suitcases. But this past weekend with going to assembly and it being our last on Guam i think it started to hit us both about leaving and not being able to see people for a while. Thank goodness for email and skype so we can keep in touch and Guam won't feel so far away.

Assembly & Anniversary

This weekend we had our 2-day assembly and it was wonderful but a bit bittersweet since it will be our last. But we tried to get many pictures so here are some of them. i hope to post soon some of the local experiences that were shared on the assembly.

some of josh's close friends

the denmans who were in our hall but have been reassigned back to chuukese group and also just left bethel to become special pioneers! what a wonderful change.

remember jason & miki and their study from convention, the mom and oldest daughter (girl on far left and second in)are now unbaptized publishers and the older daughter is studying with the other 2 girls in the picture and they are coming to meetings.

if any of you have seen my pictures from when i was here before you might recognize these 2. they are the 2older girls of famil of 3 girls-they have gotten so big!
